Oh yep they did;
Dev Note: As mentioned last year in a Community Update news, Singapore’s ground vehicles will be distributed among various in-game nations, taking into account the characteristics and needs of both the vehicle itself and the nations where it might be added.

SS it will be basically a faster and more agile Namer.
The whole point of Namer’s existence is its extreme armor; but since it’s not properly modelled not implemented ingame, this vehicle will straight out outclass Namer.
Does it also have all ammo stored in turret so every hit there makes you completely useless
But lynx already had a place since Hungary is a confirmed subtree for Italy
If Hungary was not a sub, then lynx would have most likely gone to Germany
