As for the missile used by the HQ-11… they’ve put the name directly on the in-game texture, yet refuse to acknowledge it as such. Does the PLA have some kind of habit of writing strange letters on equipment for supernatural effects?

That would be a bit complex. Would be better separate. It was possible to bolt some as missiles to the side of the gun mount so it could be a very effective stand alone AA. Would be a nightmare for Su 30s and there munitions. Big anti munitions bubble keeping you safe.
I think they will one day. Most nations have a prototype at worse so i think we will see it one day but everyone together. Su 30 munitions will have there match. Question being will Gaijin add lasers? With sharks?

Well it is by nature a multivehicle sam system and Gaijin decides, since it can operate on its own they will just add one part of it. It is incomplete and artificially nerfed at best to me.
