I’ve been playing WT for over a year now, but across a bunch of different tech trees, so I dont have many high tier vehicles, but is there a way to actually see what the new vehicles will play like without having to grind through the whole tech tree?

Nope. Best option in this dev server for you is the Hungarian tanks since they’re actually lower tier.
