I’ve seen a lot of players every single day using them and I was just curious how you get them?

I don’t think it still available, it’s obtainable from promotional links, like those advertisement with YouTubers that they promote a invite link with some bonuses.

Obviously there’s some exceptions like the JSDF some base mascot, it’s specific for people living in Japan, I guess.
