Again i personally think its more likely if we do get swiss F18 it will be a copy and paste of the Finnish MLU 2 considering i doubt gaijin will let the Finnish F18 get similar CAS as the US model
Please tell me this isnt gonna be like the Danger Zone update where it was pretty much the F14 and nothing else of significance.
Can’t be given that Russia is also getting the Su-30, so its at least an eye for eye kind of scenario
And also presumably the F-18 is going to at least two nations (US+Finland) if not a Third (Doubt Germany will get it but that’s not fully off the table)
is the normal 30SM or is the 30SM2 thats being added?
Was not expecting the F-18 and Su-30 in literally the first update of the year, this doesn’t bode well for the state of compression and power creep going forward.

Outside of Mike saying Finnish F18 we still haven’t seen anything that would mean its coming. Until official confirmation im more inclined to believe US only this update.
Its the SU-30SM2 as it has the TVC engines
Hence the “Presumably”. I wouldn’t be upset if it were US only- but that is not a widely appreciated opinion.

the mig29 trauma will get repeated with the su30, bc us mains will cry about the performance. Su30 will be atleast equal to the f18(should be superior) on the dev server and then there is a forum outrage etc… you know the game. I atleast hope that japan gets its f2a but I´m not that optimistic…
Su-30SM have TVC on/off function. This function come with the Flanker H?
