I personally believe it should be 9.7. Other Cockerill-designed turrets should drop alongside it. They’re no longer going to be competitive in their roles at those BRs.

It’s not much different from a stingray, some a little better, some a little worse. In my opinion, it’s even worse than a stingray, because with similar characteristics, it has longer reload, one of the longest, so yes, it shouldn’t above 9.7
What are the sources for this tank and turret anyway? I opened a brochure from a manufacturer website, they claim 12-16 shots per minute.
I wouldnt call that rapid fire. Average at best.

I get it, well, with the current BR of these tanks, it looks really sad. Where did 5 seconds come from in the first place, or did the developers just not find the information and bet on a random basis?
