It would be a great audition. F6F-3 should have 3.0 br and use MID 50. belt and change F6F-5 ammo belt to LATE 50. (i think F4U-1D should too) +1
Just to clarify that most planes in PTO still use 1:1:1 ratio of AP/I/T or AP/AP/I/I/T after 1944, which is represented in the game as EARLY 50. The M8 API just didnot come to the pacific in large quantity, only some fighter units in 1945 started to use API which consists of API/API/I/I/T sequencing for the F6F-5, similar to MID 50 in the game. While in contrast, fighters in Europe got all API configuration after 1943, and with M20 and M23 after 1944 and 45 respectively.
Of course the game just made Incendiary round completely useless, as in history the M1 Inc is more effective against unprotected fuel tanks on the Japanese plane than the M8 API.

Spoiler
F6Fs need justice, you can’t folder the only somewhat usable 3.3 F6F under 2 F4Fs, and then give the night fighter variant the BR 4.3.
sorry bud, according to the wiki (just counting all out Shermans not vehicles that used a Sherman hull besides the M4/T26) there are 37 Shermans, not 25, your overestimation joke was underestimated
Over estimation joke? I just skimmed through the tech trees and counted the ones I saw, and yes i only counted things that where actual Shermans, not stuff like the skink that use the hull
just counting the pure Shermans and the M4/T26 its 37, that’s without the skinks, M4A5s, and the M10/M36 due to them being the product of wanting a 3 inch navel gun in a Sherman
Fair enough, I missed some or more have been added since… probably both
to think i have all but 5 Shermans in the game, 2 of them are still in the US tech tree
got all but: M4A3E2 cobra king, calliope, Russian M4A2, M4 748, and the Chinese M4A4
Cool, I’m mostly just a Firefly fan myself, it’s fun to bully Tigers in.
indeed, having 3 fireflies in your lineup all with backups is indeed fun to bully with
