Personally I hate both the Leo2A7, the 61km/h top speed really angers me in addition to the invisible wall blocking the gun to see in the back of the tank.
As much as the AMV sucks I like it better than the 2A7 simply because of the slightly better speed, acceleration, and smaller profile
Idk I stopped grinding the Ariete line after the Ariete(p) and have no intention of ever buying the other Arietes.
They are just too dependant on the enemy team for my taste.
Yeah I mean I understand that. Personally I have spaded the entire Italy TT (helis, air, naval included) and of all the vehicles I gotta say that the Arietes felt some of the funnest for me. But it just requires a very particular playstyle, which will fail like 25% percent of the time.
If you want to “play” the Ariete, use the OF-40 Mk.2A and the OF-40 with MTCA engine, they have the exact same playstyle of the Ariete but at a much more viable BR. Unfortunately they got slightly nerfed by a -5km/h which you can notice pretty well and its annoying, otherwise that lineup is great especially with the Centuaro 105 and the VCC-80/60 which is basically a OTOMATIC at a viable BR.
Really that whole 9.3/9.7 lineup is just bootleg top tier Italy but at a viable BR

Italy won’t get the gripen E, 2 reasons:
Hungary doesn’t have it, it only has the gripen C
Brazil is not in the Italian tech tree, only the AMX 1A1 is but that’s because it’s a joint made aircraft, meaning both countries at a point had it
From what I remember the Hungarian Gripens have been modernised to use the IRIS-T though
Yes, they are modernized to carry the IRIS-T, but the Hungarian air force doesn’t have the griPEN E, it has the gripen
The difference as you probably know is:
Weight
Thrust
Armaments
Systems
Yeah I know just presenting options of what you could do with the Hungarian Gripen to try and get something equivalent to the Gripen E

Not really modified…SAAB has it stated that all MS19 models and up can use it Hungary uses MS20 Block II so they are compatible theres no special modifications done by any country to the Gripen unless you’re SAAF and you have no money and need to cut corners like hiring other companies to replace parts or make cheaper parts for the aircraft.
Also it would simply hurt the C to go up to the same BR as the E while being stuck with a MS17 radar and IRIS-T
Only the SAAF Gripen will probably be the only C model to eventually get IRIS-T as they only use that missile and it would make it very unique compared to other Gripen C’s (aside from being the best Gripen already.)

Germany already has it’s own tech tree, brazil doesn’t. A collab for a jet and good relations between two countries is good enough reason for gaijin to add the country as a subtree

This is also plausible, but i think it will go to italy due to the planned tech tree changes. Italy’s rank 8 is about to be more empty than sweden’s so another rank 9 or maybe turkish/spanish vehicles are needed to fill in
F-39 is going to be rank 9 easy and sweden has no options realistically for a rank 9 prem, lets be real gaijins gonna add rank 9 prem.
Imo the F-39 should be saved for a LATM tree or sweden. Asking for it to be in Italy imo is a stretch as Brazil isn’t a subtree for Italy.
LATam tree won’t please anyone though, they have nothing original and the venezuelan SU-30 is already in russia. Best bet is a rank-9 prem or italy imo, but rank 9 prems may not be for a long time because gaijin is just now beginning to add more fox 3 capable premiums. A better sweden premium may be something like the theorized gripen maritime
