I think it’s because of the turret - it was literally cardboard, that was missing many major things like Fire Control System etc. I think even BVVD said that they can’t add it beacuse of that fact. Which still doesn’t change the fact that there are tons of interesting high-tier Russian MBTs to add in event.
i dont thing so i am no expert but it had armor because all of the ammo was there (also they had “a blow-out armoured ammunition compartment for crew safety”

During the 1997 VTTV-97 trade fair in Omsk, the Object 640 was unveiled, but in reality, it was a T-80U hull with a mock turret. The turret was covered with dense camouflage netting and tarpaulins.
Later analyses and leaks from the KBTM design bureau confirmed that what the audience saw was a size-and-weight mockup. It lacked sighting systems or stabilization, and the structure itself lacked proper composite armor. Two years later, the second version was shown. The Object 640 turret was already welded from steel plates, but it did not have a full composite liner. It was a so-called “hollow shell” used for balance and ergonomics testing. The tank never received its final system, the one promised (panoramic viewfinder for the commander, advanced thermal imaging). Most of the equipment visible externally was either dummy or early components from the T-80U fitted “for show”. The ERA visible on the turret were mostly empty boxes.
This is most likely the obstacle to adding this machine.

Hey so I was looking at the paintball arena event and it’s a shocking 45,000 mission points for one stage. At this point I don’t even try. I scraped through with the winter concert by an hour.
I am currently in school and are unable to play war thunder for an extended period of time. 45000 is genuinly insane.
It used be to be 35k?(I think)
But it’s now 45k.
It’s unrealistic for me to try now.

Just clock in an hour or two of overtime and buy that shit with real money if you want it, that’s what I would do if this thing is actually good, but based on the description is another shitbox so I won’t.

Events in 2025, if you exclude Winter concert and include T-34 85 Partisan and XF5U, you get 15 events, from that you get 6 tanks, 5 planes and 4 ships but if you include Winter event that’s 7 tanks, 7 planes and 5 ships. So if anything ship event’s are most rare. Its a new year and last 2 years first event was a tank.
