The Winter event was in fact the last event. The one before the Winter event was the Ak-225.
The R400 event happened before the Ak-225.
This thing might be one of the cheapest event vehicles on the market after a year or so.

Honestly!? This is just pathetic at this point… ANOTHER T series tank!? I guess France, Sweden, China, Japan or Israel don’t have anything unique or interesting to add to their half baked tech trees… Nope Russia need another T series tanks to the other 364 they can play each daily. It’s literally no wonder people don’t venture into other nations at this point.
Don’t forget the legacy horizontal/vertical drive.

People don’t realize how influential event vehicles can be on promoting certain tech trees.
I would’ve never touched the Italian ground tech tree if it wasn’t for the AUBL/74 HVG.
Its a shame Gaijin doesn’t seem to care to promote other nations besides the big three when looking at the most recent event vehicles.

Dude the Aubl HVG is trash though. It need a 4.25 sec reload to actually be decent
FIROS is way better than the Aubl. The Aubl does less damaged than the rarden on the Fox.
Well if I count the last 3 years the majority of event vehicles have been British, German, or USA.
Notice that I haven’t made a single judgement over its performance in my phrasing. I mentioned that, given the fact that I owned it (via lootboxes), I gave it a chance and I’m steadily grinding Italy with it.
And so, event vehicles effectively help people on giving incentives to grind other tech trees besides the top three. I would’ve never got my hands on Italy ground if I didn’t owned the AUBL, period.

I got mine from loot boxes. It’s still a bad tank. 0.3 br under things like the T58, and Turm III, while having a dart with 249 pen, and little to no post pen damage… I’d rather see it stay 8.0 and jus get a good reload buff for its first stage ammo to make it good.
They’ve realized something like Italy or Israel will never even come close in popularity to the big tree, so they give better treatment to their cash cows.

Honestly, it’s not that great of a vehicle. Easily 50cal-able, it has a thing with the driver’s port which kills some of your depression on your right, and the round has abysmal spalling, though I believe its related to how Gaijin has modelled round calibers over time. But hey, its amphibious!
And I’d be lying to you if I havent got the same thought of getting the FIROS and make a humble lineup to grind Italy with them.

- The amount of vehicles over-all isn’t my complaint here, it’s the fact that we’ve had three events with USSR vehicles as main rewards IN A ROW
- I would be complaining about any other nation getting three events in a row, not just the USSR, but so far, that hasn’t happened.
- I’m not happy about the fact that major nations get the majority of event vehicles either, but again, that’s not my complaint

Would be actually nice if big 3 mostly got only event vehicles for some time and exchanged places with some “minor” nations during big updates, receiving 1 vehicle each time at most. At least until other nations (including their subtrees) come somewhere close to amount of researchable vehicles big 3 have.
