The TOR wouldn’t have even be that great, but why the hell isn’t it in the USSR TT? It could be a gun-less and less useful (due to min engagement range, size, and launch angle) radar-missile SPAA. Like a super-strela. Would niche in nicely so you don’t have to stretch your lineup to squeeze in the Pantsir, or play down, due to BR by sticking to the Tunguska.
How about the IIAF skin?
100% sure that most players are seeking the pre-revolution skin for the Imperial Iran Air Force!

This is very much off topic at this stage, but I will answer your question for the last time here on this. Please take it elsewhere if you wish to continue.
Australian and Canadian vehicles do not have a sub tree. Therefor they can go wherever to any tree premium or not. Being a premium or TT is not a restriction.
Indian vehicles so far have been premium or event, but India is a designated sub tree nation of the UK meaning all of their vehicles will go there, premium, squadron, tree or otherwise.
Highlight, right-click, translate. He’s basically saying when Western nations get a USSR vehicle, everyone rejoices. When people even unofficially talk about USSR getting western vehicles, people lose their sh*t. He’s pointing out the double standard.
R-27 can be found in the German, British, Chinese and Italian tree.
Much like how almost every nation has a vehicle with an AIM-9 at some stage, a missile is not a tie to a nation or a set designated home. Just because something has an AIM-9 Sidewinder, doesn’t mean it belongs to the US tree. Equally a jet that has an R-27, is not set in stone to belong to the Russian / USSR tree.
