This is very much off topic at this stage, but I will answer your question for the last time here on this. Please take it elsewhere if you wish to continue.
Australian and Canadian vehicles do not have a sub tree. Therefor they can go wherever to any tree premium or not. Being a premium or TT is not a restriction.
Indian vehicles so far have been premium or event, but India is a designated sub tree nation of the UK meaning all of their vehicles will go there, premium, squadron, tree or otherwise.
Highlight, right-click, translate. He’s basically saying when Western nations get a USSR vehicle, everyone rejoices. When people even unofficially talk about USSR getting western vehicles, people lose their sh*t. He’s pointing out the double standard.
R-27 can be found in the German, British, Chinese and Italian tree.
Much like how almost every nation has a vehicle with an AIM-9 at some stage, a missile is not a tie to a nation or a set designated home. Just because something has an AIM-9 Sidewinder, doesn’t mean it belongs to the US tree. Equally a jet that has an R-27, is not set in stone to belong to the Russian / USSR tree.
It’s more effort than I’m willing to put out, read the room.
Literally, almost no one I’ve seen rejoices when a western nation gets USSR gear. EVERYONE always wants their own crap. I’ve yet to see a single Brit rejoice over the bishma. Or any of them, most do these nations have their own, or joint produced gear they could use. Over and over again they say how stupid it is for USSR gear ending up in other trees.
I agree with it. Britain should have gotten the 2a4Can. Germany shouldn’t be getting British made Swiss owned planes. Nations should be getting the crap that’s theirs, and not other nations unless they assign it as a sub tree specifically. And even that can get iffy sometimes in my opinion.
So he’s barking up the wrong tree, I’ve firmly been against that exact type of stuff. My originally comment even said “cut the BS, stop adding more of it.”
Here’s why I’m not like any other USSR “main”. I’m willing to admit, 100%, part of the reason, I, nor most players, regardless of nation want to see an F-14 with R-27 is because the combo of the radar + the R27 at the BR will be insanely OP. Like how the R-27 has (and still is) quite a dominant missile.
The BR on this thing better be meteoric tbh. The current F-14’s are already seal-clubbing due to the multipathing changes.
There is no double standard, just yalls imagination.
USSR has no subtrees nor a need for one.
USA has no eastern vehicles, nor subtrees or a need for one.
Germany has eastern vehicles since it used them.
Brits have eastern vehicles due to subtree tho none in research tree.
Italy has eastern vehicles due to a subtree, etc.
The integration to fire it, or rather the attempt to, was made with the help of the ussr/russia. It’s bold to assume there is no connection. Also imagine having to face your own missiles in simulator, it takes the asymmetric advantages away. Adding the post revolution f14 to the usa is questionable, but also giving Soviet missiles is just outrageous (Which they never managed to integrate)
Have to agree. The Big 3 really don’t need a subtree and so they should not get one. Getting a few one-off vehicles from nations they historically interacted with is good enough. Russia got an export Su-25 as an event vehicle. This time the US is getting the same treatment. It’s a US plane exported to Iran.
Agree! because all of the honors and victories were achieved by the pilots who trained before the revolution.
This tomcat camo should be more accurate historically.
