There are no “German” options for everything sadly. As can be said for many trees. Everyone has domestic gaps. Other nations help to fill those voids.

Swiss Hunter was put there to give Germany more guided A2G munition options, because they had none that low and even higher up they have very few options for that. And generally another dedicated CAS option, of which they have few around that BR (basically just the MiG-23BN, the Alpha Jet came a couple updates later). At least that’s what Gaijin said back then. I’d also guess it was an easy copy-paste choice to give Germany a higher tier squadron plane.
JaPz.K. A2 probably bc it’s easy copy-paste to fill BR 8.7 a bit.
I would LOVE to see Panzer 58/61/68 or Mowak Trojan, I just hope if Switzerland becomes a German subtree, they don’t include the Centurion and AMX-13. M47 would be fine bc there’s already the premium one.
