While the 45,000 mission points seems excessive it is doable for most players provided they have the time, this however is truly ludicrous as it is only obtainable by players who can play high tiers in RB & Sim and it completely cuts out all Arcade players as they are literally penalized every single game by their choice of modes to play. And there is absolutely no reason for this. No one is scoring 6000 - 8000 points per game playing AB. What they did was take the RB 2x & Sim 3x formula they use to compensate for kills and such doing tasks and made this monstrosity of a penalizing system to “wall off” a huge portion of the player base who cannot or choose not to play higher tiers, RB or Sim. It is the most unbalanced and unfair thing I have seen in all my years playing War Thunder.
Requiring players to get out of their “comfort zone” to do a Challenge in the BP here & there is one thing, this . . . quite another. Seems like another example of doing things in the game going off stats/spreadsheets and not playing the game to see what is actually going on . . . pity that

So, regarding the points, 45000 seems a bit excessive does it not?
assuming you get on average 2000 points per game on a GRB, Rank V match (1.4x modifier), i will make 2800 per match, so i need to complete around 16 games every two days in order to reach the target, now assuming every match lasts 20 mins, this means I need to spent 2.15 hours on WT each day, or 18.6 per week.
Now this might not seem too bad at first glance, however, when you consider that the average time for a part time job is around 16 hours per week, it is quite literally a part time job to unlock this vehicle and if you want this to be a tradable coupon, you have to spend 34 hours per week on this, which is almost a full time job (the UK generally states a full time job is 35 hours or more).
On top of this, to unlock the vehicle with GE, it will likely cost 999GE x 8, or 7992 GE, so if you buy 10K GE for this vehicle, and then bought every task (including the extra 9th one) it would cost £41.21 which on the minimum wage of the UK for 18-20 year olds of £8.60, you can purchase the required amount of GE for just under 5 hours of work…
I understand this is different across different countries, but seriously? I really want to get this vehicle, but I’ll pass on the grind thank you very much…

Should just be a Chieftain cosplaying as a Challenger. Probably only has L23, and no thermals. I guess you could say it’s like a more armoured Khalid? Idk

the reload should be that of a challanger 1 no ? its not as if its a chieftain its a whole new tank basically upraded from a chieftain
It’s essentially a Challenger 1 Mk.1 I would probably peg it a BR 9.7/10.0. hoping, 9.7 though, I’d love for a decent tank to run with my Harrier GR3

In terms of WT no, not really an upgrade. The changes are largely irrelevant to WT, fire control system and the suspension.
technically the Chieftain and Challenger are very similar internally so they may give a slower reload and lower BR
So is there no actual in game dev picture for the vehicle, not just the items that come with, you know, the main prize?
