no
It most likely won’t have them, as the regular F-16A doesn’t either
so basically the early hornet will still be better at CAS but worse at defending against enemy aircraft while doing it
Why did so many messages suddenly disappear?
do not ask this question buddy

While bothe the F-16 and F/A-18 are multirole fighters, the F/A-18 is more of an attack plane, while the F-16 is more of a fighter plane
It would be weird if the F/A-18 was worse at CAS than the F-16
ARMs are not ARHs
My b. my dyslexic ass read completely wrong xD
Then from the data mining of the loadouts ive seen nope. it wont
but the f16XL is dif it was competing with f15E yk it had to be good for that but its not good enough against the f15E
?!

It’s still an F-16, even with larger wings it cannot carry nearly as much ordnance as the F/A-18
but the thing that suprized me it uses special pylons or molds in the body of f16XL to carry aim120s
F-16XL could carry 16,000lbs of stores,
Legacy F/A-18s are 13,700lbs
The XL was quite literally built to be a strike aircraft with “self-escort” capacity.
It will only be “worse at CAS” in-game due to it missing most of the A2G capabilities it would have received in production. Just look at F-15E vs F/A-18C to see what it could have if the devs wanted it to.

Fair point
If the weapon selection wasn’t limited there wouldn’t be much difference between the F-16 and the Hornet. The F-16 would probably be better in-game thanks to the current GRB environment lol

Huh, the performance of US players did improve a lot over the last 3 months, though the British Abrams tanks were better performing in June than they were in August
Wonder what caused that increase lol
