Decompression is really needed. I agree. I don’t think this will do well at 13.0 with what would likely be consistent up tiers. 13.3s will likely crush this.
I am glad it is being added, even if I am concerned about it’s potential BR placement and viability.
I gotta ask why do you think it won’t do well? I mean speaking of the current 13.0 this is literally the most well rounded one with fox 3s. It’s loadout is identical for A2A as the Viggen while boasting a better RWR and Radar.
Nearly every US main I’ve seen has said this thing is basically DOA and cry about it being 13.0, I have the F-14, F16 ect and I really don’t get why people seem to think it’s gonna suffer at 13.0 more than any other vehicle, I don’t mean to be rude but I legit can not grasp why so many people seem to think this thing basically won’t do fine at 13.0

I think that range is too compressed. I don’t think it’s actually bad. I just think the Premium Su30s will eat it and that it will see way more up tiers than down tiers at 13.0. Most of the time I play 13.0 I get up-tiered to 13.7. I don’t think it will do well if that’s the case. This is just my personal opinion. Although I have top tier U.S I am not a U.S main. More Sweden & Israel although I think my most played vehicle in hours is a 9.3 Japanese tank. (9.0-9.3 Japan is really fun!). My opinion is subject to change with more data.
I don’t play the 13.0 viggen anymore due to consistent up-tiers. I play the 13.7 grippen instead. Far more maneuverable. Does decently well in up-tiers.
Let me be clear. All 13.0s suffer under the current level of br compression.

AIM-7 Sparrows, even mockups of Sparrows, were never mounted and tested on F-16XL models.
There’s no evidence that the F-16XL had hardpoints that allowed the Sparrows to be conformally mounted, except for the AIM-120s.
