Yes. For naval, I typically run rank 3-5 coastal and have Rank 1-2 Bluewater in the lineup (though, coastal is the shiz nitz so I hardly touch the destroyers anyway. Time to wipe the dust off the bad boys:

Also in NAB in many occasions you must now lead the target as it was prior to changes but you have no lead indicator not the info to do it.
Yet another overpowered, undertiered cold war USSR patrol boat for its players to stomp every other nation! Wonderful! I wish the Gaijin devs that work on naval would actually play the gamemode.

Realistically anything short of 4.7 is undertiered but that’s more of a conversation to be had around naval decompression rather than this ship in particular.

Pleasantly surprised today to see them throw it at 4.3. Knowing the average naval event vehicle player it’ll probably eventually get brought down but it’s pretty much the best possible placement I could’ve realistically expected from Gaijin without decompression.
