Literally having the same issue right now. I was recently forced to update because the OS I was using earlier was no longer supported by Discord. Got the newest one, Sonoma. Tried launching War Thunder and the entire macbook freezes before shutting itself down (never happened before).
Can also relate to this, recently updated to Sonoma and the entire laptop freezes and shuts itself down without warning. Has it been fixed for you?
