In that list of game masters; pick one, click their name, click big blue button that says “Message”, write to them about your issue, wait for answer.

I have already sent it to the game master, but no one has replied to me

I have seen users say that it takes around 7-10 days depending on how many players write to them at the same time (like during ban waves it might take longer and the week before ban waves go a bit faster).
