Im just reading this but I haven’t read any further so pardon if it was already said, but one of the Arietes on Dev Server have spall Liner on their turret cheeks.

turret spall liners like that are probably the most useless thing in game only thing worse is the bradley spall liners and the chally UFP one

Well, no. You didn’t. None of what you pointed out is a major inaccuracy.
There is no real issue with the bustle.
One Abrams variant not being able to equip TUSK, WHILE ANOTHER ONE CAN, is barely an issue at all.
You literally added something that’s been proven wrong IN THIS THREAD to your list, as well (the non-existent spall liner isn’t an issue on the Abrams).
And lastly - the turret ring being volumetric isn’t actually guaranteed to make it stronger, nor would it be a significant buff. And the Abrams turret ring is already a volumetric hole from the side.
(I don’t think you understand that “volumetric” non pens actually come from volumetric SHELLS and not volumetric armor - armor that’s modeled as “volumetric” is usually weaker…)
