Btw, on board been not only driver and gunner, but also 6 infantryman with Panzerfausts. 3 on each side.

Yep.
Frontal gun (88mm rockets), as all TD have, and flank/rear, protected by sidegunners, who can make 2-3 shots (149mm rockets, with way worst ballistics), but also can be easily killed by any MG.
Pure ambush mashine/bushmaster.

How does it reload all 4 Missiles? Same way as the current Flakrakrad?
inner tubes reload like normal flarakrad, outer tubes are independent and can be reloaded manually by two human loaders.

+1 i like this a lot and would help a bit, sadly i believe even with this mod, it will still be far from the pantsir system.
