Watch some Hunter i86 and learn how to deal with the Panstir. Like any system in the game, it’s defeatable.
Some other powerful CAS based on multirole capability, FnF, gimballed thermals - most of the top tier harriers, the many new FnF helis, there’s now, what, 3 decent F16 multiroles, the F111F, now the F15E and literally just about anything with a mixed loadout, pod and Mavericks? Of course there’s more examples, but this is to name a few.
You can’t just keep circling back to one single plane in a single line that has one particular feature as a means to an end to get everything else you’d like buffed.

Been wanting to write a suggestion for that for ages but as far as I know the UndE 23 doesn’t have a tow hook.
It’s much easier complaining on the forums instead of improving you see. The sad part is, it actually works.

And it sucks for everyone who doesn’t just main NATO. And it’s always a struggle for superiority on here, not balance. The name of “balance” all to often ends with requests of significantly more powerful platforms and weapons systems.

Interesting… Does Pantsir have a watch a video and acquire special tactics to defeat F-16C? No, all it needs is to wait for Mavericks to launch and conventiently show up on it’s HUD and easily intercept them 99% of the time. Same goes for literally all Russian vehicles, does Ka-52 needs to watch a tutorial to defeat ADATS? No! Does BVM player need to watch a tutorial to defeat a Abrams? No. That’s definitely balanced lol
It’s not a single plane, like I said above, Russia has the strongest lineups in top tier. Best SPAA, one of the best Helis, Best CAS and great Tanks, meanwhile all other nations is only good at one or two of these things at best, USA having the F-16C as multirole CAS/CAP but lacking in SPAA, Helis and Tanks etc.

If you were placed in a ka52 or pansir I can wager you’d lose
Literally it’s about outthinking the Pantsir operator, masking using terrain, and launching from an unexpected position, masking again after launch, and killing it.
Like, playbook NATO strategies that have been employed since Vietnam.

Not here to argue, pantsir is not undefeatable, the point is the amount of effort that you need. The same thing can be argued against Ariete vs Leo2A7V, you can in fact kill them if you do proper steps, but Leopard can click and shoot any part of you and shred you. Su25sm3 is also relative ease kill with fox3, but the sp cost is a huge diff.
Just saying you can improve and defeat it doesn’t mean it is fair

Oh the biggest issue with pansirs is that they keep respawning, or that theres way too much of them (the latter can work negatively on their own team sometimes). You can kill one or two but they will 2/3 of the time respawn, with added spawn protection on top.
And the same argument could be used regarding AIM-120s superiority and lack of counterplay in BVR, AIM9Ms being invisible in ground if you don’t see the launch, heli FnF spam, etc etc.
It’s not like only USSR has an advantage in one particular area, most all nations have one.
