However, in the game you cannot technically capture a surface farther than 20km due to the limitations of the aiming containers

It’s not going anywhere above 4.3. Those additional 45mm cannons are nothing more than a gimmick, you will still mostly depend on the ZiS 5 75mm gun with 96mm of pen on the best shell. It’s not a thing that could potentially engage Tigers or Jumbos in any way shape or form.
KV-1 ZiS-5 and Swedish KV-1 are both 4.7, but they are not turretless and have much more effective armor layout.
My guess for it’s BR would be 4.0/4.3, although i would prefer it to be 4.0 so it can better fit into USSR lineup
Also i think it’s specifically the triple cannon variant, i don’t think it will be able to switch to 2 cannon layout
But what if it had the feature of switching for the twin Zis-5s:
I Image it to come with this modification option, similar to the TOG-II with the optional Great War Package.

Even if it could switch to twin ZiS-5s it’s not enough to justify it being above 4.7.
Remember it’s a giant sluggish blob of steel with poor gun arc and quite a weak firepower for it’s BR. Regardless of how many guns does it have, it won’t make them any more useful against things it just can’t engage.
It’s armor strenght will be questionable even at 4.0 with German 75s being able to punch through it like it’s not even there, at 4.7 or above it will be about as armored as a nashorn
From what i see it has a KV-1E hull with additional armor placed on it, so it won’t be as weak as KV-1 (L-11), but the whole superstructure is suposed to be 100mm as far as i know, which judging by how flat it is won’t be very effective. And due to poor gun arc i don’t think you will be able to angle too well with it

That isn’t a quality exclusive to Russia. Germany can make an awesome 4.3 premium lineup, and the US could probably do the same at 6.7/7.0.

Brimstones without proper guidance, and SuperHind? 8 INGWE ATGM with 5km range and 20-mm gun instead of standart 23/30mm. Technically it could be armed with AT-6 Spiral ATGM but never was
