it’s 2 french word merged together
Sur = over / on top of
Blindé = tank (but not in this context) / armor
so together it means = Over armored (which can also be translated as up-armored)
it refers to the tanks that were more armored than initially intended.
it’s also used on some of the AMX 50 versions.
there is also Surbaissé which means over-lowered.

would be fine at 2.7. it’s an uparmored vehicle with gaps to aim for, low armor, is very slow and has very limited firepower. The fcm2c is already underperforming and should be 1.7.

i would not say the FCM 2C is underperforming. i had a lot of fun with it at the current BR and the next update give it a firepower buff.
A big heavy boy variant of FCM 2 ? It’s a definitely a +1 for me.

shell correction. the velocity will be increased. the weight as well and it will have even more HE filler. the penetration will get an additional 10-15mm at the different distances. and it will have a decent overpressure effect which allows it to replace the HE
