No one on the forum will be able to help you in any way, Support has final say and 100% of the decision powers for cases like these. If they have made a manual appeal review and say that you are still banned then there is nothing more you can do.

so if i am false banned i cant play the game forever? insane
If support has checked your account manually i very much doubt it’s a false ban. But i have no way to personally check as i don’t have access to those systems.
