It’s clear that one teamkill is not why people are getting on this list.
It’s clear that this list is of habitual teamkillers, and people are capable of omitting information in their posts.
TBH I think I never used Pe8 in Ground RB (and I am a CAS player, oh gods, I am). But when I spade random bomber in Ground RB and I am to drop something big from long distance I always warn ppl in team chat. And I do not drop when I see blue rushing on cap.
During my long CAS adventure I TK 1 person in this way (wrongly calculated his speed). My fault, payed the price, learnt the lesson.
If you expect players to run away from blast zone only because you need to drop 5T bomb, well, (IMHO)
you are doing something wrong.
Teamkilling is clearly a game design issue and not a player issue. It’s illogical that the onus of inflammatory game design choice is being dumped on the players, and it’s just silly that this should be an ever-present issue requiring thousands of continuous discussions and player bans. Fix your game Gaijin.
Hes posting on the forms on how to exploit. Not as a bug report never knew that was a thing until now.
AFAIK same. TK is TK no matter if you destroy nuke carrier or Po-2 (in this case you theoretically should burn in hell but well, it’s not me who make the rules).
Yeah, I don’t quite get why there’s a possibility to team kill in air realistic battles. You can’t kill a friendly tank in ground real battles without dropping a bomb on them. So why you can fire a missile at a friendly doesn’t make sense and seems like bad game design, especially if it can get you a ban, regardless of duration. Seems like everyone benefits if the ability to team kill is just removed. In sim, it’s fair game. ID your targets, plan your shot. But in RB, it just seems like bad game design.
that is specially true in fox 3 gameplay. your radar literally do NOT mean the missile is going to follow you. it can choose whatever target it thinks is the enemy, and letme guess, it has a high chance to lock into one of your 15 ALLIES.
what do you mean a 16v16 chaos would eventually lead to a lot of unwanted TKs with fox 3 missiles? that’s clearly YOUR issue!
I have no clue from where you took your assumptions.
I told you clear - no TK is justified.
Peopel on the list are not the one who killed one friend by accident.
Especially when there is AI aircraft, I always seem to hit one every 5 matches in top tier
The rangefinder auto identifies in ground sim battles and tells you if its a friend or foe.
Oh please. You’re just as believable as all the “it was not me cheating, it was my friend/sibling using my account, they must’ve cheated” we saw at the other ban waves.
And if you want to get yourself perma banned because you lose out on 2-3 days of premium, instead of living up to your own mistakes, go for it.
You might want to reread and understand the context. We’re talking about “Ifs” in this situation. Somebody asked about boosters being given back to the player in case of TK and Stona quite clearly gave you the reason why that cannot happen. Please don’t put words in the mouths of staff like that.
Put the “dunno if trolling” pic here.
You are aware that I discussed hipothetical scenario taken from IDEA posted by player? Not the real case scenario that can be re-created in War Thunder?
Just want to be sure if I should spend time on discussing with you, or just ignore your trollish posts.
So you have never used the PE8 5000KG bomb in GRB or the British 12000LBS in ground. You are slow and need alt not to be hit by spaa. People do warn big bomb and ask where it needs to go. But Dumb players drive into it. Why does the person who dropped the bomb have to be punished for helping the team while one dumb player doesnt have chat on or doesnt speak the language that they typed in??? Why is it always the player who is trying to helps fault??? If team killing has gotten out of hand REMOVE IT LIKE YOU DID A WHILE BACK WITH TANKS!!! That solved the tank on tank Team killing. Do it for planes too
But not every TK is intentional. Is it really your position and Gaijin for everyone to walk around on eggshells in when Gaijin unilaterally has the power to punish players for a feature they implemented when they can just turn off the feature? Can we pass it along to the devs to just turn off team killing in Realistic Battles?
I am talking mainly about ASB as I play A in SB only. Sure let me go into merge in my boat against a dedicated turnfighter, because I need to wait for a nametag to popup instead of visually ID the target. Can´t do that, because half the vehicles in the game are copy pasted.
Do you people even play the game?
that was a slightly trolly post my mad.
uhm… its a hypothetical about a function that doesn’t exist that people think should exist. They’re using that exploit as one of the reasons not to implement that function in the game.
not an assumptions, it’s live gameplay. look into the forums and see it. and i have literally posted a video in this thread (not going to repost it) where it showcases 2 TK incidents that i have done which 100% is not even close to being my fault.
1st incident: headon with enemy, hard-locking. launches aim-120, the aim-120’s radar immediatelly locks into an ally which was not even remotely close to my enemy.
2nd incident: playing su-27s. lock a 9KM r-27ET into an enemy (the enemy in question is at least 2-3km far away from any allies at launch.)
I’m extremely disappointed with this response and will not be returning to War Thunder. It’s frustrating because I’m not a troll, and I’ve invested significant time and money into this game. While I acknowledge that I may deserve some form of punishment, a 14-day ban feels disproportionately harsh and unfair.
