Su-30 and Su-34 carry 6 Kh-38MT because they can do it in real life (even though some people suspect this missile’s existence in general) but there’s no mention of F-16C or F-15E carrying more than 2 AGM-65 with HE warhead.
Instead, ask for F-15 and F-16 to get GBU-53. F-15E can take up to 28 and still be able to carry 4 AAM

su-30 never even carry kh-38ml irl

This is a borderline irrelevant discussion with F-16C/F-15E. However, The F-18C should get 4 AGM-84 variants, and doesn’t. They’d be inferior to KH38MTs both missile for missile and in numbers (4 instead of 6), but they haven’t been added.
That was my only decent theory for why it took so long for the Hornets to get added, and then Gaijin just… didn’t add any new weapons for the F-18C in air to ground.
Fine since we are using “real life” as the basis. Let’s just put US Hellfires and JAGMs with MMW onto the jets and helis.

su30 doesnt carry kh38 as far as we know.
Only against AA orblight tanks, HEAT warheads have had similar effectiveness against armoured targets for like over a year now
if kh38 was heat we both know it wouldnt be half as threatening
It most definitely still would be, the range is like 90% of why its OP
id say speed + he warhead + Iog is what makes it op, if it had an heat warhead smoking would be more effective as near misses still kill you

There is no balance in this game. Until recently, there were 2 ADATS and Pantsir SAMs on the same BR, now the difference between them is 0.3.
And here is another example: on one BR there are two Apache and Cobra helicopters against the Ka-52, which has missiles twice as fast and more maneuverable, capable of shooting down even aircraft.
And so it is in everything. Playing for the USSR, you choose the easy difficulty level, playing for the USA, you choose the Dark Souls difficulty level.

Yeah that f15E loadout on 12.7 is clearly useless and cant do a damn thing…
And that F16C is a lot better taking air targets down vs F15e.
But still people forget Rafale and Mirage 2K on 6 hammers, what are truly can openers on CAS using.

So yeah there should also be a bug report to remove it from Su-30 as well. even though Gaijin may be in contact with Sukhoi and they have given information to Gaijin about the weapons configuration?
But still it would be nice to have fewer Kh-38MT in top tier.
