Yes as ive said before i can dodge but they can shoot 4 missiles usually. And by the time i avoid all of them i dont have time to guide a bullpup to them. And they nerfed explosives too so if it doesn’t hit pretty much on their forehead it doesnt even kill them now

Im grinding the a4e currently. But i also play aircraft and tanks because im interested in them historically not just because they have good stats or not. Its gaijins job to make sure they are ballanced. Why add a vehicle to the game just to make it unplayable. It had tons of air to ground armement. Just not useable because of br compression.
Im not saying that i want cas to be untouchable. Im saying i dont want aa to be untouchable. It ahould require skill to out perform eachother. Therfore it should be ballanced. I am typically not attacking tanks. Im usually doing pvp against aa, which is why both are in the game are they not?
Since tanks cant hurt aircrafts and most spaas cant hurt tanks, its only logical that in this rock paper scissors scenario, plane gets to hurt tanks but get countered by AA, balance wise.
It is not. Radar guided missiles struggle with fast, low flying targets, and IRs dont have the pull. There are ways to counter both.
Besides, just like not every fighter is going to be meta in A2A and not every ground vehicle is going to be meta in tank fighting, so do some planes wont be effetive CAS planes.
Why run F-100D when you can run A-4E early with RWR, flares and FnF weaponry?
Much better equipped for its BR in CAS role.
Thats why i say the f100d should be moved down to like 9.0 in ground rb so it is capable. They didnt historically use them mainly as fighters. They used them in vietnam as strike aircraft.
