Are you saying that because they are not official nations the vehicles can’t come to war thunder? because that doesn’t make sense. it’s not like they haven’t introduced new minor nations/sub-trees/one-off vehicles before, they can do it again.
All i’m saying is that there is a possibility for addition, not anything on how likely or not it is.
They removed the VRCC and when they add the Spanish eurocopter they add it wrong.

But yeah, I hope they put Spain in the game, give it a Latin America and Portugal subtree just to really rub it in. Then again, modern Spanish stuff is just the Italian tree: Centauro, Leopard, Eurofighter.

I’m saying the reason why there isn’t an Australian or Canadian F-18 is because they are not official nations in War Thunder. They’re obscure nations that have one or two vehicles in different trees. Canada has a Leopard in Germany, but SPAAs in Britain. Australia has a plane in Britain, but a tank in America. They don’t have a standardised tree. So in that case, you’re better off just throwing on the Canadian and Australian roundel on the American F-18 and pretend the pilots say “eh” or “shrimp on da bar-bay” at the end of every sentence (I can joke about Australians, my family wasn’t deported to Botany Bay during the Great Hunger).
I wish they did have standardised nations, I would absolutely love it, but unfortunately they do not. Otherwise I would agree with you.
Will the F/A-18C get the AGM-84E eventually?
I wonder if they would put in “Arriba España” or other Fascist phrases for Spain, similar to how they have pro-Stalin quotes for Russia. But yeah, maybe give them a naval tree as well. Would be fun to defeat the Spanish Armada as Britain (just like Lizzie the First defeated ye in the 1500s).

this actually saddens me since Im currently researching the f14 and the f18a would prevent me from being able to purchase it and would force me to grind to buy the f18 first even though I didn’t want to

im not even 1/4 of the way there :( and top tier is absolute cancer when you cant use radar missiles effectively (console so massively limited key binds), honestly them putting it before the f14 just feels like a slap in the face

i see, console here too, but i scum with KBM lol. I’d just play vehicles for fun and not worry about base bombing. Spading aircraft is my go to for new vehicles. more fun to not be held down by base bombing.
If you can hook up a mouse and keyboard to your console thats one way around it.
You have something like a 20-30 day window to finish the F-14 when the 18 comes before the line is locked.
