I did it twice and both times it got rejected, because of lack of evidence.
I might hop onto the Secret Projects forum and ask around to see if anyone has any manuals or other sources that could help back this up.

Id like for the FG1 to stick with 9G and skyflash DF, however id really appreciate the FG2 to be in it’s Falklands posting configuration with 9L, lot of people forget that we had the phantom’s in Stanley just after the war just in case Argentina tried to steal our islands again.
Would really like the J(UK) to get 9L and supertemp with the extra CMs
I absolutely adore phantoms and do wish that the FAA and RAF phantom J and K were represented better

In the current state of the game, the AIM-9L wouldn’t be a game-breaking addition to the Phantom because the missile isn’t what it used to be. If anything, it would give players a much-needed fighting chance against aircraft like the Su-27 and the F/A-18.

Agreed, I don’t think it would actually make the phantom’s move up at all.
Supertemp and extra CMs for the J would put it to 12.3 though, it’s radar absolutely sucks as do it’s engines Vs the Spey so it still won’t be a major leap
UK phantoms vs 3000 F18, Su33, Mig29, F16, F20, F2 ADTW
It also faced F14s 2-3 months ago before they moved F14 up

why would the br need to increase? you have the tornado at 12.0 with aim9l’s
Youve also got the Kai at 12.3, would need the Skyflash STs too, but thats Gaijin BR balancing for you
