I actually pulled together some solid official sources (including U.S. Federal Register sales records and recent ROCAF parliamentary statements) proving that these upgraded airframes are officially F-16V Block 20, while the newly-built ones Taiwan bought are actually Block 70, not 72.

To help get this fixed, I’ve submitted a formal bug report to get the name corrected to F-16V Block 20. Plus, fixing this now leaves the door open for Gaijin to give us the actual newly-built F-16V Block 70 (with GE F110 engines and CFTs) down the road in the tech tree.
