Simple as the title states the F-16C-50 NATOPs specifically state the capability to carry GBU-12s on Triple Ejector Racks (TER) for plyons 3,4,6,7 however this is currently not represented in game.
However that document has dubious legality, so in leu here is proof the F-16C-50 carried at least x1 GBU-12 on pylons 4 and 6. If you have any other pictures further confirming this feel free to post.
According to the Raytheon Paveway Datasheet the GBU-12 does not require any aircraft electrical interface. Only the EGBU-12 (which has GPS guidance) needs a MIL-STD-1760 or MIL-STD-1553 data bus:
The photo shows a config that has it directly mounted to the MAU-12 adapter (which all variants of the F-16 use), not the BRU-57, so it obviously can / has been carried on said station.
Anyway the F-5A (US) got access to centerline MERβs based of a photo that was of ground stress tests so it would clear the bar for a valid addition, and follow existing precedent(s).
The TER-9/A has a modified variant referred to as the STAR ( Smart Triple Advanced Rack), which would provide compatibility, though is likely as of yet to be type classified.
