you sir couldnt say it any better people keep asking for popeyes but im 50% sure they are not moddled in game
and ? gaijin gave the J8F 6 PL8 when they were adding it due to the fact that fox 3 weren’t in the game at the time so why won’t they do the same to israel? why wouldn’t they artificially buff the F15I because the popeye would be too broken for the current game? And BTW high chance that if they are adding the AGM65 to the Ra’am they are also removing his engine so none of them would have the 229.

No F-15I was ever equipped with the 220s so that would just be even more ahistorical than giving them AGM65s.

Why, because I’m sick and tired of random people going into threads and continually mewling about vehicles or equipment that are not relevant to the thread.
You want a “solution” remove your Mig-29 statement and then repost your statement here since, currently, it has no bearing on the F-15E or I bar a passing glance.

No its not, given then fact that I made this thread and it is specifically about the F-15E failing to get the 229 engines due to BVVD saying they were not added for “balance”.

Just to play devils advocate (and to preface by saying this is not necessarily my personal opinion), would there not be a long term benefit to getting an F15E with 220’s and a second one with 229’s in the future?
Looking at it from the perspective of line-up depths and having different options at different BR’s ?.
Obvious arguments against would be the annoyance of spading a similar vehicle multiple times, and that this means little to those who play outside of GRB, but the positive would be monstrous, unmatched line-up depth.
Idk, Just trying to offer a possible silver lining to US players if it does go live with 220’s.

Once again this thread is not about game balance or aircraft beyond the F-15E or I, there are threads for game balance in machinery of war discussion and game discussion, take such there.
yea but whether other engines gets changed effects peoples votes, that’s like adding a f-15EX because china got a j20, but telling russia they cant have something to compete because they arent involved in this vote
They don’t need to give this one worse engines to be able to get a second version. They could add a F-15E with -229 engines, APG-70, AIM-9M/120B and a second veriosn with -229 engines, APG-82, AIM-9M or X/AIM-120B or C.
Having to grind another 400k RP for a better version that was already in game for months in a different nation isn’t what I consider a silver lining lol.

As an Israeli main i’m naturally viewing this thread from a certain view, but I think it’s very clear (as many here have said) the optimal solution is to give F15E 229’s & F15I domestic kit to make up for the current lack of standoff.
I am very sympathetic to the situation US players have so often found themselves in over the years regarding ‘other countries getting better versions of our stuff’, and wouldn’t like this to go down as or be perceived as another example of it.
