That’s engine performance, not flight model.
Flight model is likely correct, as is engine performance.
Doing a straight shot up is what many aircraft can do.

F-15I’s service ceiling in-game is 18,000 meters.

Flight models/thrust for all planes at higher altitudes are garbage. In wt if you pass 38-40k ft you immediately lose most of your thrust as they say something like: “We don’t evaluate performance for those altitudes as they are not used in game.” In the PW-220 underperforming at altitude bug report, and others probably.

it’s just the FM and the engine too. Engine thrust is overrated. FM is made disgustingly when deflecting the rudder the airplane does not go into a roll that contradicts aerodynamics

Engine thrust is likely correct, and FM is going to be a slightly heavier F-15C MSIP.
