Unless they intend to buff the 120B, as it’s already in game and is no different that the A model, then the next iteration should come, especially when it is in service today with said missile.
How about option 2: If so many people complain about gimped kits on US jets, they simply don’t get added until the weapons they’d get or equivalents are getting added to every other country too. Might leave you several major updates without new shiny toptier stuff, though.
Four T-80s, T-72M2, T-72 TURMS, BMP-2M, Object 292, Ka-50, Su-22, Su-25, Su-25BM, Su-39, Mig-23ML. All vehicles you can exchange IRL currency for that doesn’t break Gaijin’s policies and lets you just enter top tier. Name another nation that has a fully competent and competitive 10.3-11.3 line up you can just buy your way into.
Because that’s balanced and fair to everyone.
Sorry but your whole paragraph of “things used to be a bit more unfair for us” is no reason to give the US an unfair advantage now. Especially given the US is already alot more handheld in air than any other nation (see F-104 dominating the 9.3 bracket without an end in sight; the F8U-2 dominating the 10.0 bracket and almost not getting bumped up in BR last time; XP-50 and several other undertiered planes and jets; only they have an F-84F that still has an airspawn, every other nation has theirs starting on the airfield; F-14 dominance for a long time, especially when it got added; etc).
5 rank 7+ air premiums for the US (everyone else has 1 or 2 btw). Only the US and UK have a rank 8 premium. Not to mention all the event planes they get too, one of which is the only rank 8 event plane.
Btw, there are plenty more nations than just the US and Russia. how about you drop the “we vs them” mentality a bit so everyone else doesn’t have to suffer from it?

As I’ve said, I’m all ears if there is a genuine counter argument. But balance just isn’t the one. It doesn’t have the same punch it did before. But at the end of the day, it won’t matter. It’ll still come to the game with Aim-120 copy and paste As.
