They really should be added before the production models of the F-22/35 come, since they would have a unique niche playstyle as a stealth ambush plane without a radar at top tier but still carrying amraams sidewinders and a gun.
Waiting for my 80€ Viggen, Gaijin…
F-15E with it’s upgraded amraams radar and avionics, specific the EPAWSS and the later block f16 which can and should come to USA, along with F-16C BLK 50 PoBIT which is f16c upgraded to block 70 standard with an even better ECM/EW suite
Block 2 super hornets, with an APG 79, F/a-18c+ with upgraded an apg 65 or 73 or 79v4, F-15C with BOL, AN-APG-63v3 or maybe the 82v1 if they tested it on a C.
Early F-22 armed with aim 120C, aim9m-8 or 9, no JHMCS, but top notch radar, likely best in game even with the other much newer stealth fighters
So far, though, ECM isn’t in the game yet and going off of Gaijin nerfing the PESA of the Su-34 I doubt they’ll be adding AESA as anything more than a faster normal radar.
ECM includes rwr I think, all the planes I mentioned had upgraded rwr as part of or seperately from the ECM stuff
Do what you gotta do, we want a working update, not a broken one. No point waiting for bad quality.

Even if they dont model it’s full capabilities all the radars mentioned have effectively instant scan rates and crazy ranges
I mean that should be the case with PESA as well (at least in terms of scan speed), but Gaijin has so far modeled the Su-34’s PESA to be on par with the radars in game currently.
We will never know what source they used to make that determination, and good fuckin luck finding any information on the scan speed of a modern ESA radar system.

There is none I am aware of.
What about just math? I think there are like over 1900 t/r units in an og f22 radar and it’s one of the older AESA in US service now. Each of those can be steered independently and if there are even estimates, if they used the low end estimates for how quick the beam steers all 1900 modules will make it instantaneous regardless
Even if you could estimate that way, it would never be accepted by gaijin.

We should already have 1st Tranche EFT or at least DA prototypes imo. Although it seems they are going to keep postponing it in favour of stuff like F/A-18, as the one for Germany, which is the entire point of sacrificing of Switzerland into subtree of already a big nation.

i mean… redesegnate both as fighters and make F-15E a fighter in the fighter line, it literally is one at this point with the 229s
Either that or add a new class of aircraft the “multirole”. They could also be given a higher SP cost than pure A2A or A2G Aircraft
