Well… their claim of “APG-71 cannot use the AIM-7P’s datalink capabilities” is pretty baseless. As you can see they don’t provide any proof themselves just choose to believe that. And if there is they should share it.
Thing is, we can’t yet find a good source either, although most of the info so far points more to our side than theirs, just not a clear Yes it’s capable

There are not many other modern planes im interested in flying personally. Waited this long for a butchered version of the F-14D

You can rage, you can cry, but how people spend their own money should be none of your concern. Saying that people deserve to be farmed for the fact that they bought F-14D pack is one of the lowest type of behavior.
There are plenty of gimped aircraft in the game, and F-14A/B aren’t even the worst example. I spaced F-14B just this month with 2.0 K/D and it is competitive at its own battle rating.
My logic is that what people doing with their money is non of your business
