I really wish I could get a late-model F-14A, an F-14B(U), or an F-14D… and I’ll keep hoping forever that they’ll raise the BR cap so each Tomcat can perform reliably…
I hope that will be the case for all aircraft in other countries as well.

Why add the AIM-9L to an aircraft whose main advantage is the AIM-54 missile? This will inevitably lead to an increase in the combat rating. As a result, the aircraft will end up in conditions where more advanced fighters are flying, against which the AIM-9 will no longer be useful.

I think in game performance the aim7m is better than the aim7F and is more reliable
Most aircraft in this br have access to irccm missiles and all aspect missiles aim54 isn’t everything and are as easy to dodge as irccm missiles

There minor Differences between 7M and 7F(as in the missile Performance itself), major Differences come from the Aircraft it is mounted on as the radar affects tracking now.
Fist AIM-54 work againt people who didnt know how to Notch or Evade FOX-3 missile. If F-14 are fire all Pheonix out but all of Pheonix cant hit any target. F-14 would be a easy target to destroy. For this F-14. Add AIM-9L didnt make F-14A got up BR it will be stay at 12.7 .
Both have the same parameters. But AIM-7F some time will go the another target that didnt lock. If in figth AIM-7M will be a good choice then F model.

Upvote here if you want to support my proposed changes for the F-14B Tomcat. I would like to see it improved at its current BR or adjusted appropriately, so it does not need to be moved down to 12.7 in the future.
I have included several bug reports addressing the F-14B and the AIM-54C Phoenix, generally, overall improvements.
More upvotes (hearts) will likely attract Gaijin’s attention to review it.
Let me know if there are any additional bug reports that may be affecting the performance or battle rating of the F-14B Tomcat that I should include in the feedback.
I intend to do this every time a new BR changes thread is opened until all issues are addressed.

Oh, and I noticed there is no outstanding or open bug report addressing the F-14B’s missing AIM-7MH.
Is someone going to create a bug report for that?
