I agree, but IRIAF already was so much better than F14B and other 13.0s that it probably should have moved up (at least before all the new 13.3 flankers)
He might be a premium guy who didn’t know how different about Phoenix and AIM-120 and how to fight a modern jet with only rear aspect fox 2 and only PD HDN with 9 KM ACM in uptier BR. That’s so stupid.

Yes if a player is AFK sure you can kill a Spitfire with a bi plane.
God no with its RWR and IR missile alone is barely even 13.0 material.
It is no way in the same league as the Su-33/27s

Russian teams actually way more competent than US ones in this mode. And F-15A/F-18A/F-14A vs MiG-29 9.13 is hardly balanced

Well MiG 29 vs F-15 is within the time frame. Unless we go 80s and you can have a Su-27 and dominate.
Banning an F-14 because notching is hard is typical Gaijin.

in my 4 games of escalation on US side today, i died to R-27ER… once or twice. Most of my deaths came from actual SPAAs because i was having way to much fun dogfighting Floggers. And some occasional R-60/R-73 because i still haven’t bought expert crew so i G lock constantly and can’t deploy flares
and the Mig 29 loses its R27ERs

will F14B ever be able to use wing glove vains the performance loss from not having them is noticble between A and B
at .7 mach+ there very useful for turning as the F14 trys to nose down against any turn

I totally agree with you but I’m getting the same feeling when they decided to put the F-14B at 13.0 when TT was 14.0…
AND the F-14Bs stats weren’t above average

They were removed from the B and D and had very limited maneuverability increases below 1.8 Mach. They were primarily there to shift balance at higher speeds and very limitedly at high AoA.
WT shouldn’t model a significant difference.
