Honestly dont see why not, they gave the a 10 4 9ms at 11.3, cant really fuck up the br range more than that… But with 9ms it would move up to 12.3 minimum, it would still be usable but it would effect how well it plays quite a bit.
It’s a deep penetration strike aircraft/bomber. Give it its full bomb options, missiles, ECM pods and jammers etc put its br up. Im happy with That as a bomber.

No, They even messed the model of Radar and RWR.They will just give 9M move up BR and make it unusable.
Best my knowledge f111 isn’t the only aircraft in the world ever to use it. Many things in this game came on one vehicle or 2 first before more got it. Atgms, dazzler, ircm, radar, atgm etc all came to one or 2 vehicles before more came.

I was really excited for the F-111F but it´s just such a pathetic plane. In ASB is aight, but has no IFF which is a massive issue… whatever.
In ARB, Phantoms take off and reach bases faster because they can carry lighter napalm. Eventhough I only take bomb load for 1 base, they still get there faster. In case of air spawn, the Ardvark spawns at 700kmh and 2km behind the team, while everyone else spawns at mach 1.
You make 90 degree turn and go from mach 1.4 to 600kmh. In ASB in order to keep your speed in turn, you have to make circles twice as big as the Tornado or F-104.
Now take a look at the pathetic loadout options. Laughable. I refuse to believe the F version can only take this. Plane has to be deliberately gimped to prevent score farming. Can´t even have AAM with certain loadouts…
Honestly, the F-111A is a better plane.
Were not allowed too many bombs anymore, the buccaneer put a stop to that with me getting 10k sp games in it along with the tornado being a decent bomber acording to gaijin (it was over shadowed by rockets for the entire time untill gaijin nerfed them but moved the gr 1 up in the same update…).
Still is utter bullshit we havent been given the extra 9ls considering there are pictures showing them being mounted.

You’re likely not taking advantage of manual wing sweep for the greatest acceleration possible. (Also reminder that napalm gives reduced rewards lol)
A MASSIVE issue, especially in ground RB.
Thinking about making a suggestion bug report for it, but we’ll see. For the now the engines and acceleration can make up for it.
For me, that’s hardly the case. Mainly since I use manual wing sweep, I loose less than half the energy you do. I’m usually sitting at around or above Mach .1 when I complete a 90 degree turn thanks to wing sweep.
Oh no, it carries less bombs. It’s not like it’s vastly superior engine power, acceleration, all aspect 30G missiles, gun being centered, addition of 120 standard sized countermeasures, a FLIR targeting pod, AGM-65 Mavericks and GBU-15s, (and hopefully fixed radar in the future) are that good… oh wait it is that good :)
Honestly man, you’re better off playing as a fighter in this thing, I bet about 3+ kills per game in this thing on average, and it’s just loads of fun!
No offense but I play this game 4x as long as you do, I think I know what I am doing by now. Maybe you are just taking 45 minutes of fuel because you play it as a one way trip? Bomb - headon - die - repeat as is the norm nowadays in Arcade 2.0.
I take 12x 500lb enough for 1 base on pylons that allow full wing sweep (as per my screenshot) and 120 minutes because I plan on returning back.
Granted I only played it 5 times in Air Arcade 2.0
3 times (2x Israel and 1x Space port) I got airspawn map and 2 times Cocky Ranyon airfield spawn. Each time F-4S with napalm beat me to the base.
Bad idea. Without IFF you have to get close and getting close to ID target means guaranteed turnfight in which you lose 99 % if the enemy is in a fighter. If they give the radar IFF, I would probably come back to play it again.
I refuse to participate in the mess that is combined realistic battles above 9.0.
I am flying the A-10C in SB now and it’s a better bomber / CAS and a better fighter than the F-111F. Even stock I got 9 kills with it in my first game yesterday. 7 of them were with the 30mm.

Anyway, I take about 50+ mins, usually more than enough to get me through a match, and I can conserve fuel if needed by lowering the WEP % or cutting burner entirely.
I’ve only bombed once, and I easily beat all phantoms to a base, with the same loadout you suggested as to not limit my wing sweep. I accelerated to Mach 1.5 at about 1-2km up, and got to that speed quite quickly. If you get an air spawn, make sure to take advantage of your stored potential energy up at that height, and dip down to turn it into kinetic energy.
Yes, you’ve been playing the game longer, but it doesn’t mean I know anything about what I’m talking about. I would argue I know just as much about Air RB and the modern state of WT as you do.
Ahhhh I see, in sim I could definitely see how that’s a problem. In Air RB it’s not a problem at all lol. Getting a more realistic radar should fix that tho, fingers crossed it happens eventually.

It’s the lowest BR supersonic AGM-65D slinger that has FLIR, and it’s quite potent for that.
