If it just had one small little detail other than an aesthetic one - a slight ordinance variance, or if the nose cameras increased awareness just a touch - something - I’d be stoked for it. But re-skins alone an Event Vehicle does not make. Tho with the amount of Air I play, I’ll wind up having it unlocked anyway. Hopefully they tweak it in the future, which wouldn’t be unprecedented.
The strength of the meteor is quite literally turning. It’s climb rate is especially subpar compared to vehicles it will be facing past 8.0.
bro it was dead before announcement, look at how many people use the other meteors at that BR and arent contemplating jumping of the closest bridge
Even as an Israeli player, I’m genuinely dumbfounded why you decided on this aircraft. It’s nice, sure, but you could have done the Israeli modified Su-25, Israeli A-10, Israeli Mig-21, or Israeli Mig-29.
I don’t understand why you chose this. It’s underwhelming.

If you want to copy and paste maybe do it to another tree like China which rarely gets any event stuff? Isreal mains can have fun with their Kfir from the last event for a while.

I do like another Meteor and think it is a neat vehicle to have. No camouflage or free mods like other vehicles seems a bit low effort comparatively, that ontop of the gatcha infantry packs plugged into it. Seems like they are going the way of the battle pass with this event. Would be dissapointed to see these events go that way perminantly. Hopefully they up the value next time so that more people are interested.
They were offered one for testing, but chose another platform. I’ll find the documentation for it.
Without it being trailed or tested in any capacity it can’t be added then. There’d be more reason to add an F-14 then an A-10 going by that logic.
I’m struggling to find the documents on it because of the spam of headlines with “Israel” in them, but the US offered the A-10 as an export to a few countries, including Israel. I cannot remember if it was trialed, but this event vehicle is just not good.

I agree that there were better options, would have loved to see something like an El Salvador Ouragan if they were so determined on giving Israel a rank V jet, or some IAI testbed, but alas this is how it is. And it’s not even a premium man…
