Eurofighter Typhoon (UK versions) - Technical data and discussion

they are referring to Taurus for the F-15. Korean F-15K’s use them. they were also tested on a special F-15E iirc, or at least carried

it states F-15 for ASRAAM unless they were just being lazy im not sure

if you look a bit down, it also is ticked off for Deep Strike with Taurus. F/A-18 doesnt use Taurus

yeah thats why i said they could have just been lazy

yeah they probably just didnt want 2 columns with only one box each

while looking did see that apparently indian jags have ASRAAMs?

ASRAAM and NGCCM (which is just a locally produced ASRAAM B6)

nice I still need to grind for it just cant really be bothered to play the Grippen lol

The grind was actually not that bad, 2x 9M + 4x R-Darter works good ))))

Now I have 2 from 3 EFs…

Now you’ll be able to play the Good Typhoon :P

Just Talisman the GR4 :P

I dont have it since I didnt see the point originally the Harrier Gr7 kinda carried me lol

Just because the snail is to lazy to modell the missing IRST (weight) in the FM of the German one…

But didnt they have a ballast instead in the German Typhoon? That way the aircraft balance wasnt affected by its absence?

No clue on that,
But for sure it would result in an better airflow ))))

Considering this image shows a 90 degree bank, would there be any issues considering the current ±45 degree angle implementation of the MAW with maintaining the actual track of the missile? I’m concerned that it would just immediately drop the MAW warning the moment you bank out of angle like it does currently

It’s the RWR providing the escape zone, you don’t need the MAW for ARH/SARH.

Does the system not work with IR?
