I can confirm that.
Today i tested my German EFT with 12 Brimstone+ 4 Paveway+ 4 Aim-120 and 2 Aim-9M.
With full fuel it didnt pull more than 10G’s, in fact sometimes couldnt even pass 9G’s despite certain amount of fuel was burned.
This is unacceptable.

Yeah, tricky to see whats going on from just the cockpit view, but yeah could visually see the Kfir at 13 seconds but nothing on radar

EFT - Can’t properly function in BVR because radar is beyond abysmal.
EFT - Can’t function in mid ranges because of the abysmal turn
EFT - Can’t function in close ranges, because instructor is abysmal
EFT - Can’t CAS, and currently is the worst top-tier CAS jet in the game. Because everything above + brimmstones only. I actually got a flashback right now, because playing Typhoon as a CAS actually feels the same as playing Tornado, lol.
You could add that the BOL IR countermeasures arent accurate to irl at all - But I suppose that affects more than just the EFT
But yeah its in a very sad state atm considering its THE premier aircraft of 3 nations
i mean saying that the typhoon is the worst top tier cas jet is bit disingenuous. Its not as braindead easy as dropping Kh38s or other FnF munitions but its also not bad.
You have to play it in a different kind of way, very proactive and very close to the battlefield.
Tho the changes to the flight model have made typhoon kinda not fun to play for me atm. Its not unusable and the plane is still pretty good but the way it handles feels extremely sluggish.
The turns feel extremely long compared to previous performance, high speed agility is basically non-existent at Mach 1.0-1.1+, overall it feels pretty bad to fly when comparing it to previous performance.
The new maneuver button is a gimmick thats hardly useful (since it dumps all your speed that you need and unlike Su30SM you dont have thrust vectoring missiles to take advantage of the extra AoA) at all and honestly i would have prefered not having it had they left the FM as it was prior to this update.
Genuinely this update just feels like gaijin wants to piss people off and they are kinda succeeding.
Horrible radar and FM performance on the EFT (plus i heard the air belt on 27 mauser is shit now), majority of the vehicles added were premium, squadrons or just copy paste, turret basket being the dumbest thing possible for them to add and a shitton of new and old bugs (re)introduced…

Definetly an upgrade over the tornados and certainly usable. But given just how many nerfs it’s A2G has at the moment (and that’s not even including the whole MMW situation) it’s rather annoying. Even basic GBU options are being withheld from the typhoon.
im hoping that maybe they will fix it but given that this is gaijin we are talking about, the chances are slim and even then probably gonna take way too long… shame to see my favourite plane kinda fucked over with every single update
Gaijin are simping the Rafale hard right now.
They have buried the Typhoon.
All to make the Su-30 have a better chance.
The fictious cobra button AOA overide is purely for slow speed recovery and not to be used as a combat trick.
I have seen the Typhoon display twice at different shows and I have never seen a Typhoon pull a cobra!
