Not sure how DDM-NG is going to get past the limitation of having an aircraft fuselage and wings in the way of its LOS. It very much covers most of the airspace around the aircraft, but we literally have pics of what it see’s, and it doesn’t have magic see-through solid object capabilities, as literally seen in the picture on the comment you replied to.

Might actually be a time where gaijin calling the manufacturers liars actually makes sense. Its 2 fisheye lens cameras mounted on the tail, not some magic crystal ball with x-ray vision.

Yeah, but I doubt its full specs are within game limiations at the moment, but heres hoping we can at least max out game limiations.

I have to say though, with some experience of doing 3D models, I am impressed with the accuracy of the model - when I overlayed the Asset Viewer screenshot, the profile was almost exact to the photo. Whoever did it, did a good job

With smokeless IR missiles and HMD IFF(or EF shouldn’t have it?)in can be really dangerous in SIM. Disable radar, use IRST to seek for heat signatures, use HMD to ID it, if enemy launch a missile.

On a serious note, I think an EAP skin would be a great cross of a meme, like the secret documents decal, as well as community outreach and also just be a super nice way to put the whole thing to bed by tucking it in.

The PIRATE IRST is also a camera with a lot of zoom. I usually use TGP’s for that job in sim, but PIRATE will lilely auto-slave to the IRST target. So you’d be able to spot what aircraft they are and what theyre doing from a long ways off quite easily.
Didn’t you think that when using only the brakes, without a parachute, the Typhoon slows down somehow very slowly? Reminded me of Swift.
Meanwhile I am here, with planes generating at 5 km max.
