This case might have already been discussed regarding increasing the number of AMRAAMs the Eurofighter can carry, and maybe this page has already been considered, but what about this one? It says it can carry another AMRAAM on pylons 4 and 10, making a total of 8 AMRAAMs

There are only secondary sources suggesting it is possible at this time. It more than likely is possible, but what is needed is either a solid primary source stating it or better yet photos/video showing the Typhoon with AMRAAM/METEORs in those pylons.
At this moment in time, the Typhoons have only been deployed on operation in an Air to ground role or peace-time air policing roles where such heavy A2A fits haven’t been necessary and so there is no solid public evidence of it at this time.
Its a bit like the Sea Harrier FRS1 and all the upgrades it got as it sailed south to the Falklands like Aim-9Ls, AN/ALE-40 CM dispensers, extra bomb & rockets and later the twin rails. No guarantee all of those would have happened in peacetime without the falklands

Just had a classic case of why the Typhoon stands no chance.
GSB, I take off, immedately start getting locked by 4 Su-30SMs. I manage to get track of 3 of them, and fire an Aim-120 at each. All 3 were shot down by R-77-1s long before getting close and I had to dodge a half dozen R-77-1s, which I failed to do.
PESA + 12x ARH missiles just means you dont even have to defend against a Typhoon, you just shoot down all the incoming missiles.

ITPSL(or whatever the wingtip station with BOL is called) is IRIS-T, outboard looks like a HARM, and inboard looks like a later AGM-65 maverick variant…
I think thats the first time ive seen an actual picture of an EFT with HARM and mavs if I’m correct, unless thats a DCS pic or something???
Looks to be a “buissness wire” photo used on a posts talking about Spanish Typhoon orders from 2022.
But I cant tell if its a Photo or just a render. Looks a little CGI to me.
I’m inclined to say render because the outermost pylon looks more like an Aspide than a HARM and the PIRATE is missing it’s black dome.
The Aspide-like missile also looks a bit odd, missiles aren’t usually one solid colour.
