Sure, but we are also in the MK2 programme, wich probably mean that we Will get the radar when It Will be in full production for the T3 and probably the remaining T4 (If not even the initial ones with the MK0, If they will be refitted)

Briefly going back to HUDs and HMDs, on the current live server, you have to direct vision quite far away from the HUD before the HMD appears, is this accurate? Second to that, a lot of the current HUDs aren’t maximising the use of space on the combiner and there is a lot of dead space between the edge of the combiner and where the HUD sits, this is very noticeable on the Gripen and F-15E, is this also accurate? This dead space combined with the HMD activation deadzone leaves a large gap in situational awareness.
In regards to Captor-M (I’m assuming this is the radar UK EFT is likely to get), does it have all-aspect TWS or only head-on like the F.3?

No its not correct, hmd should appear almost instantly after moving outside of the hud, you should be able to force it on all the time and huds are more or less wrong across the board. Especially when any additional symbology is in play, or rathery it lacks it, like symboly for aacq modes, different tws tracks, proper DLZ and ASE circles.

I hope the radar is not final… Its slow AF compared to tornado and it should be improvement over that one. It seems like copy pasta of US radars once again, gripen iirc.was and might still be copy pasta of apg-68.
Scan patter is unsurprisingly wrong again… I guess there is no hope of gaijin actually fixing such significant bug.
At this point they’re just throwing shit out without caring, people complain that DCS releases one or two aircraft after years but at least their work is much more well done.
