With this and the new IR seeker (fire and forget lmao) we move one step closer to Ace Combat IRL. With the HEAT warhead and the IR seeker you’ve basically got the classic standard missile from those games. Even turns terribly IRL too.

do we have a full list of unresolved bugs for the typhoon like there is for other vehicles, just wondering how many inaccuracies there are

Just had a MAWS failure, so that is still on-going

let me check the replay, In-game, all I saw was taking a missile, but somehow surviving, saw it on RWR, but never appeared on MAWS

It was never fully fixed AFAIK?
I sometimes also get wonky RWR warnings from a missile which is clearly in fornt of me (flying left to right in my FoV 5 km in front of me) while getting it shown as coming from nearly 90° left of me on the RWR.

The angle was a little funky, so might not have seen it legitimately

RWR =/= MAW, do you mean MAW?

Sorry, I meant that the MAW also sometimes straight up doesn’t work for some missiles and appended that something is weird with the RWR too. Wasn’t the best idea to mix these two statements in one post ^^
