You suggested removing the 200° wide scan option entirely, when it is a crazy good option to have. You may detect a target 1 or two seconds slower than a crazy fast AESA only scan, but you lose 60° of radar coverage.
This is the right answer.

could amraam be launched at max gimbals of Captor-e Mk2 IRL?
IRL we’d need to know the launch limits of a C-5 which as far as I can tell we don’t know.
Could someone pls tell them that their skins still have this grey panel coloured wrong? Ingame its also metallic while it should be light grey.

I agree completely with the whole scan area remaining scanned at 250 but the AESA only scan width should go at 560 so I canbuse thst at the start for BvR since thats the only place AMRAAMs have an edge over everything else

Aren’t the scan values set per scan region?? Surely they could set 560 for the three smaller ones, and 200 for the 200x15??
They could, but as of now, it is not the case.
:(( hopefully they do, i’m willing to sacrifice some performance on the very wide scan to get that E-scan speed
