Would be nice if this could be used to unnerf the Mk1. Also seems to support my theory.
To no surprise, the 8x 120c has literally no effect on combat effectiveness because you can still dodge them ridiculously easily lol

I just did a match and found it really useful. Where normally id be RTB because i ran out of AMRAAM I had 2 left for the last guy

They should also add the 8 120s to Typhoon now, having to wait 2+ weeks for the main server to be upgraded kinda sucks
I’ve encountered quite the hilarious bug, if you just use a missile with no lock and the selector disabled you get the 9M HMD, but then it launches a 120 allowing you to basically just ACM aim120s with no lock lol
Why can’t I use PIRATE to fire aim120?
And also why does it take multiple attempts to lock a rear aspect mig in the test drive using HMS IR?
btw, is the middle search option useable by now, or is everyone still using narrow?
Uh… I think I use 30x8? most of the time. Id have to load up and check
ah i used 60/4 might have been another problematic thing

what is the difference between tranche 3 & 4 eft ? and which one do we have in game ?
30x8 is my default for most situations. Seems to work quite well, fast enough to keep track of stuff, but with half decent scan volume for finding stuff
15x13 I use when I really need to keep track of something specific
60x4 if ive fired off a volley of AMRAAM at targets close to each other and want to track them all or want an early game picture of what is going on
140x4 rarely use, but handy for locating the last few guys at the end of a match

Tranche kinda becomes irrelevant after T1 and just denotes more when it was built, less what it has.
For example. Britain is upgrading T2s to ECRS Mk2.

Where did you get the Idea that Mk.1 is smaller then RBE2-AA? The Raf radar has about ~800 GaAs TRMs vs the 1.500+ GaN TRMs (which are physically larger) of the Mk.1. Does anyone know how many TRMs the Mk.2 has btw?
