27 underperfoming, if it had more accurate FM itd be much closer. R-77 have too much drag too iirc, though they are always gonna be draggier than an AMRAAM. Gripen C is still better close in but suffers from being so much smaller

well it will also depend on the block of eurofighter as if it is the block 2 not the 2B they wont be adding AIM132 but if they add block 2B they may as that gives IRIS-T to it but i am thinking that they will add block 5 which gives light ground atack ordinace with lazer guided bombs
Amusingly you have said the one country that doesn’t operate the Eurofighter, all the nations that border the UAE operate the Eurofighter, however the UAE does not. Perhaps you we’re thinking of the Saudis or Omanis? I believe both have Sniper pods.

Yeah, tbh if it had asraam or iris-t with 120C-5, then it’d be more fair to put it against F-22 than current in-game F-15

Being somewhat aware of the bug reporting process for over-performing FMs, I wonder how he’s able to dispute the reports that led to the nerfs.

everything you mentioned the F-15 can get, the typhoon can get, but better. ECRS is superior to AN/APG-82 and all it’s sub-derivatives, the typhoon gets the same BOLs, plus the cherry on top is that the ASRAAM and IRIS-T will outperform every IR missile the US can recieve.
F-22 is a black sheep that can stay away from WT until everyone has received a light stealth multirole (F-35/J-35/Su-75) and armament cannot be used as an argument to balance it because it will still be spammed by useless players, alike will the Su-57
This will happen anyway, the AIM-120C and it’s variants are by far the most used AMRAAM and most of the top BR AMRAAM carriers will eventually have their A/B replaced with a variant of the C.

That has happened to a metric TON of legacy NATO aircraft over the years, especially over Desert Storm, Falklands, and other notable conflicts. Mainly relying on buddy lasing to provide guidance for it, would be a nice addition for the game tbf, would make some nations who are reliant on laser guided weaponry viable again

Makes sense though, as they have a maintenance facility for Sniper in the country to support the RSAF’s F-15s, and other customers in the region, including Qatar and Kuwait who are set to operate Sniper on Typhoon.
